The printer of the week that I would like to do an exposé on is www.preferredprint.com this company has been around for approximately 10 years and everyone and anyone that I referred to this particular vendor always seems to come back satisfied happy and reach a large. They tell me working with this particular commercial printing company leaves them invigorated and recharged and revving to create more mocking concepts to put out to the masses. I think the reason this is, is because of their attention to detail as well as they are unmatched customer service representatives. That’s why tell all of my clients, whether you’re looking for full color catalogs, full-color posters, full-color pocket folders, full-color brochures, one to three color printing, or business cards, Preferred Print definitely can do little! And last but not least sent in one of forget that they have a superb graphic design department capable of not just doing a graphic design to your printing materials are also well-equipped in all of the latest web development techniques as well as search engine optimization.

The fact is that business forms of all letter known as NCR forms of been around for some time now. Basically the ends your form has come along and found its age and businesses as a result of systemizing companies and making it easier for people to keep up-to-date records and accounting ledger’s. Basically how the business form works is as customer as well as the salesperson writes out this form is actually transpose through three different sheets, and one writing. Basically these cells personal goals through check out all the different pieces and then have the client signoff on, and they’ll be three copies Topkapi goes to the company and the middle she is then given to the customer and the goal sheet usually is used for some accounting purposes, and finally. Many companies still use these in what they call consecutive business forms. You’ve seen these and no doubt when you’ve gone to purchase flyers or any type of thing like Home Depot special orders where it’s called the doc matrix printer actually prints very fine little dots. Which one are all put together creates sentences and words. There is deftly been a significant shift in businesses are are using the business forms or NCR forms most people call them to the. The other thing I would like to add is that most of these business forms. In regards to the printing only have the company’s logo on their usually in a black-and-white one color format. It is very seldom that you would see a business form with a full-color and/or logo on it. Most of the layouts for the business forms are generally done by typesetters and not graphic designers. This is also another good thing from walking promotion because as these three copies circulate it actually helps you get your branding and name out there and to the public more more as the sheets are circulated throughout your community. www.preferredprint.com is a wonderful place to go to researcher business forms. I will give you a link that will go directly to the business forms page http://www.preferredprint.com/color-ncr-forms-printing_9.htm please feel free to go him to arouse around and see if there’s something that catches your fancy. A very competent staff air and if you have any questions please give them a call.

One of the companies that I do a lot of work with www.preferredprint.com sells bulk color printing. Usually what this refers to is that when you order or something like a full-color postcard or a full-color catalog. Rather than purchasing these things in small quantities of 500 or a 1000 you buy them in quantities of 5000 units and more. When you figure from the standpoint of even something as simple as buying a full color business card lets set if 1000 business cards course you the consumer $99. Preferredprint.com sells you that same product for 5000 units for $125. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that once you go through 1000 cards and unique order another one you just pay twice the amount for the same full color business cards. And over the course of the next four reorders you’ll paid a total of $500 for those business cards or you can purchase for only $125. The same thing goes when you order something like a full-color rack cards or full color postcards, as well as full-color brochures. This is why it’s also sounds a little bit crazy, but it’s actually cheaper for you to buy four color process printed material than it is for you to buy 1,2 or 3 color printing is crazy. The sound of four color printing is actually cheaper.

I’ve been in the for lack of a better word, full color printing industry for the last 20 years of my life. When I was in my late teens and early 20s I was in the industry purchasing. I have to say that it’s changed quite a bit since those days. Back then, we didn’t have any fancy computers and basically all of the typesetting was done by hand and mechanicals and actually have a shot with a camera and burned into a plate. Now everything is done on computers and digital files. We no longer have to run this back and forth to the commercial printers we actually do send things either to via FTP sites or e-mail. Etc. print job taking you somewhere in Aries a week and a half to two weeks. It’s now done within 24 to 48 hrs.. The other thing that has changed quite drastically is the price. Back when I used order flyers is very common to pay $700-$1000 to 5000 full color postcards. Now I’ve seen them as low as $150 to 5000 full color postcards. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out together do a hell of a lot of postcards at $150 to make what you could’ve made at 700 or $1000. The other thing this changes the actual consumers knowledge of full color printing. The thing that’s funny as is really no such term full color printing. It was basically bastardize because people didn’t really grasp the concept of full color printing all better known as for color process. So people start using the term full color printing to describe what looks like full color or looks like a photograph so that term was common taken from what’s called for color process. People use terms back then, like off set printing. People knew which sheetfed printing was as well. This terminology is not used very often anymore, although maybe it should be used more often. Nowadays a lot of stuff is going digital, which is basically a glorified way of saying a color copy machine. This is allowed people toward a full color brochures as well as full color business cards and full color catalogs and not order such quantity. You can order min Mondays and Tuesdays now because of the color copy machines.

This is some years ago actually came up with a cool promotional idea which ended up producing witch and the producing for me. I went out and purchased 5000 pieces of bazooka bubblegum and I made up a little fly that was the size of a bazooka bubble gum wrapper. Then when I did was I physically peeled off each individual sticker and place them around the actual piece of bubble gum. This is one of those things where I just walked around and I distribute these things by hand and distribution promoting his upcoming event. It was such a hit that grand opening of the event produced 1800 people. Another friend that I saw another person do sometime prior to that was a creative small little flyer with a lot of copy on it. Know what they do is put a hole on the flyer and attached a small magnifying glass to it so you could pull a magnifying glass back and recall information that it had on the flyer. My personal experience when it comes to any type of direct marketing or mass mailing. It is very important to be creative and more creative the better. A bigger problem now is that people want a quick fix marketing and promotion a box. The problem is that everybody has the same box and they keep hitting the same groups of people again and again with the various products. you know the same garbage in garbage out. Now in the new year of digital printing and click printers. It’s easy to get volume of literature at inexpensive price. But sometimes less is more. You can actually go further with a piece that is actually 12 or three color printing than you can with something that is four color process. Create a business card that will last a lifetime. In my opinion it’s worth it to spend $250 more on a high-end high color full-color business card than it is to try and get something put together on the cheap. This goes for full-color brochures to full-color catalog stood full-color pocket folders and really doesn’t matter what it is that you printing take your time get a quality graphic designer and do right be creative.

People estimate is quite often, obviously as being an owner of a full color printing and graphic design company. People ask me all the time about logo design. The first thing I would tell you about, logo design is very important for you the customer to know what it is that you have a mine. You may ask yourself how is it done loan to find out what it is that I like. Very simple, where I would suggest that you do is to actually go to Borders. Or maybe Barnes & Noble going to the graphic design area of the bookstore and star looking at books on creating logos. There are many good books out there that have various different styles from hundreds of not thousands of different town the graphic designers around the country. Then when she find a couple logos alike than you can actually give a brief description to the graphic designer that you want to design your logo. The thing is really important for you to keep in mind is that you logo is going to be the one constant on every and all walking products that you’re going to be putting out for your new company. The slow old be carried through, probably a full color business cards as well as a full-color brochure. But it doesn’t stop there than you need to come up with a pocket folder with your logo on it letterhead and envelopes with your logo on it. You’re going to get a full-color catalog what you logo on all your direct and talking pieces going to have your logo on. And the logo and marketing your business like a full-color banner. Direct mail pieces flyers that you print up to do hand and distribution every single thing is going to have a logo on it. That’s why it’s imperative that when you’d spend money on the logo you don’t skimp get what it is that you need get what is that you want. So som porn when the creating the logo to make sure that they give it to you so can be run within process colors like a beauty 12 or three color printing the logo would transfer into that and you can utilize it. So if you had to do T-shirt store to various different things like embroidery that you can actually use a logo for that as well. Most people realize how much information goes into creating a logo. That’s what are usually so expensive.

One of the things that I like to do for full-color handout is to pose a question to a potential client. Let’s use the full color printing industry for example. One of the things I do on my direct mail pieces I do put big letters across the front of a 6 x 11.5 full-color postcard. And these big letters asked question : need printing??? www.preferredprint.com 1-800-329-0005
this output very large across the very top of the” them well do show various different customers with service as well as far as a weird design. I have to tell you that this particular Mailer is done very well for me over the years and I still have some clients that I can remember off the top my head that actually came to us as long as four years ago so. Though the thing to remember, when you’re promoting and/or marketing your business you want to figure list to go after of about five to 10,000 possible clients and then hit that same list is up to as many as 10 times possibly. It’s been said that people need to see a piece of least five times before they even think about calling. Consistency and branding are key to successful marketing campaign. In my opinion is no better way of doing this than using some type of full color printing service. That is well-versed in graphic design, as well as direct mail marketing. I personally don’t like to use a full-color 4 x 6 postcard. I like to use a little bit of a bigger piece either a 5 x 7 or 6 x 8. This works good for the hand-to-hand distribution as well as it works well for direct mail marketing, the USPS. I try to tell people stay away from one two three color printing and aim the more towards four color process, otherwise known as full-color printing.

This is why I think it’s so imperative to have a high-end full color business card on 12 .cover stock, or some type of high-end paper stock. I mean, the fact of the matter is is that your business card is the real lead behind that almost every single sales person, manager, Ceo. etc. this is why so imperative for you to leave a lasting impression and why so many people use various different creative techniques to put their business cards on. I’ve seen people go as far as the per business cards on stainless steel metal. I personally like this idea because even only carry a couple business cards any one time because it comes way to have a futile quantities. Although I do like the idea of it being very unique, so the personal and ultimately holding onto it and discussing with his fellow coworkers and/or foreigners. Another great way to have people remember your business card is to do a different size card or to add some type of the die cutting as well as imbossing knowing that the business card is going to become a conversation piece amongst people. Another reason to work with a high and graphic design firm because they can come up with various and creative ideas from either pieces they’ve design and test themselves or pieces that they may have seen another person design. This wedding come up with a collective idea using what they buried them in the past as well as likely as they seen in the past to create you that unique idea. The old burn into the consciousness of potential customers for the future. Another particular stock people like to try to do the business was ever so often is a 30 mill plastic business.

One of the things I’ve noticed that most full color commercial printing companies do. His consul and concentrate on creating new customers through various different marketing concepts such as direct mail, as well as very as different mediums such as magazine advertisements, as well as pay per click advertising to the various different major search engines such as Google, Yahoo and MSN. And every so often you’ll see them sponsor some type of local social events such as one of the Chambers of commerce. I’ve done some consultation work with a company called www.preferredprint.com they were very much the same in the way that they had acquired over 3000 clients a day at either done business with in the past and/or had called on to get quotes. Over the last 10 years. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out how they been in touch with their clients every 30 to 60 days. They wouldn’t have to continually go out and look for new clients. They could just work on servicing the clients that they initially had. This is obviously very important philosophy and business work. The leads that you have. Take care your existing clients and those existing clients, and that will take care of your company. That’s why I think that a lot of the commercial printing industry is going to be going back to the grassroots, which to me is all about customer service. It gets to a point that you can’t compete a price, you need to give them what they can’t get from companies of the selling price, which is service. This to me is what all heads back to have your selling full color printing services. If you are doing a direct mail campaign for a client. If you are printing things like full-color brochures and full color catalogs and full-color pocket folders. You need to service your clients. Another thing that I’ll have you stand out for beyond anybody else is the integrity and the service as well as the quality of the graphic design to hire. I drill into every single client as well as people that I mentor the integrity of the Georgia graphic design piece will ultimately make or break your whole entire campaign.
