This is why it’s so important to have the piece designed and created around a strong call to action. When the graphic designers that I work with has the same mindset as I do. Frequency equals sales. People estimate is quite often, obviously as being an owner of a full color printing and graphic design company. People ask me all the time about logo design. The first thing I would tell you about, logo design is very important for you the customer to know what it is that you have a mine. You may ask yourself how is it done loan to find out what it is that I like. Very simple, where I would suggest that you do is to actually go to Borders. Or maybe Barnes & Noble going to the graphic design area of the bookstore and star looking at books on creating logos. There are many good books out there that have various different styles from hundreds of not thousands of different town the graphic designers around the country. Then when she find a couple logos alike than you can actually give a brief description to the graphic designer that you want to design your logo. The thing is really important for you to keep in mind is that you logo is going to be the one constant on every and all walking products that you’re going to be putting out for your new company. The slow old be carried through, probably a full color business cards as well as a full-color brochure. But it doesn’t stop there than you need to come up with a pocket folder with your logo on it letterhead and envelopes with your logo on it. You’re going to get a full-color catalog what you logo on all your direct and talking pieces going to have your logo on. And the logo and marketing your business like a full-color banner. Direct mail pieces flyers that you print up to do hand and distribution every single thing is going to have a logo on it. That’s why it’s imperative that when you’d spend money on the logo you don’t skimp get what it is that you need get what is that you want. So som porn when the creating the logo to make sure that they give it to you so can be run within process colors like a beauty 12 or three color printing the logo would transfer into that and you can utilize it. So if you had to do T-shirt store to various different things like embroidery that you can actually use a logo for that as well. Most people realize how much information goes into creating a logo. That’s what are usually so expensive.

This is why I think it’s so imperative to have a high-end full color business card on 12 .cover stock, or some type of high-end paper stock. I mean, the fact of the matter is is that your business card is the real lead behind that almost every single sales person, manager, Ceo. etc. this is why so imperative for you to leave a lasting impression and why so many people use various different creative techniques to put their business cards on. I’ve seen people go as far as the per business cards on stainless steel metal. I personally like this idea because even only carry a couple business cards any one time because it comes way to have a futile quantities. Although I do like the idea of it being very unique, so the personal and ultimately holding onto it and discussing with his fellow coworkers and/or foreigners. Another great way to have people remember your business card is to do a different size card or to add some type of the die cutting as well as imbossing knowing that the business card is going to become a conversation piece amongst people. Another reason to work with a high and graphic design firm because they can come up with various and creative ideas from either pieces they’ve design and test themselves or pieces that they may have seen another person design. This wedding come up with a collective idea using what they buried them in the past as well as likely as they seen in the past to create you that unique idea. The old burn into the consciousness of potential customers for the future. Another particular stock people like to try to do the business was ever so often is a 30 mill plastic business.

These a really cool little leave behind trinkets and so to speak that you can put in very stiff in high traffic areas. I like these cards because they fold up and when you believe amount they act like a little tense. And when a person is passing by, very easy for them to pick them up. And obviously they stand out as a prominent they stand up on their own. I usually like to use a 12 point cover full color two sided on 12 .cover stock fold over business card is pretty inexpensive and they tend to be fairly durable and they tend to last a long time. The thing that I’m not crazy about it is when you go to put them in your while it each court takes up twice the amount of space that one business card would obviously because each one is twice as thick as a normal business card. Other than that I’m 100% for them. But once again, make sure you get talented graphic designer that knows how to work in Photoshop using full-color process.

One of the things I’ve noticed that most full color commercial printing companies do. His consul and concentrate on creating new customers through various different marketing concepts such as direct mail, as well as very as different mediums such as magazine advertisements, as well as pay per click advertising to the various different major search engines such as Google, Yahoo and MSN. And every so often you’ll see them sponsor some type of local social events such as one of the Chambers of commerce. I’ve done some consultation work with a company called www.preferredprint.com they were very much the same in the way that they had acquired over 3000 clients a day at either done business with in the past and/or had called on to get quotes. Over the last 10 years. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out how they been in touch with their clients every 30 to 60 days. They wouldn’t have to continually go out and look for new clients. They could just work on servicing the clients that they initially had. This is obviously very important philosophy and business work. The leads that you have. Take care your existing clients and those existing clients, and that will take care of your company. That’s why I think that a lot of the commercial printing industry is going to be going back to the grassroots, which to me is all about customer service. It gets to a point that you can’t compete a price, you need to give them what they can’t get from companies of the selling price, which is service. This to me is what all heads back to have your selling full color printing services. If you are doing a direct mail campaign for a client. If you are printing things like full-color brochures and full color catalogs and full-color pocket folders. You need to service your clients. Another thing that I’ll have you stand out for beyond anybody else is the integrity and the service as well as the quality of the graphic design to hire. I drill into every single client as well as people that I mentor the integrity of the Georgia graphic design piece will ultimately make or break your whole entire campaign.

In my opinion, it appears that a lot of companies have jeered themselves into doing gang run full color printing. The problem is that once you create this would does ultimately his drives down prices lower and lower because everybody’s competing to keep those printing forms ganged up with a quick turnaround time. The way that form printing works is that you end up putting like 13 to 15 different clients on each individual forms. Basically, what generally happens is the form is 12 x 18 and then what you would normally do is put lets say eight different postcards up on that form. Usually they’ll range between 4 x 6 full color postcards to full color postcards that are 5.5 x 4.25 92 when these postcards generally is from a different client. And what you end up doing is running 5000 sheets and then cutting the sheets down in each individual postcard is a different client each client gets 5000 full color postcards. The promise is that you need to have every single day 10 to 15, 20 different clients ordering and purchasing every single day. Which then again, tends to drive the price way down because everybody’s competing triumph of their forms. Thus comes as saying live by the sword die by the sword. And based on the fact that the Internet is commoditizing everything within it commercial printing industry. Many printers have been an able to continue and keep up. And also as a result, the 12 and three color printing industry has taken huge beating and it’s very hard to find offset printers that are willing to do 12 and three color printing nowadays. They end up doing this gang runs. Not just on postcards, they also do a non-full-color pocket folders, full-color brochures, full color postcards, full color business cards, full-color letterhead and envelopes, full-color rack cards, or even companies out there that I gang running full-color 30 no plastic cards.

Very often when I meet people out in the field. They’re printed materials as well as their websites have no consistency whatsoever. I try to burn into the consciousness of every person whom I run into that the graphic design of all of your marketing pieces. You present business as well as any future business that you might be able to bring in as a result of any type of walking that you’re doing. A lot of companies spend a lot of money in the landing. So this way their marketing promotions that much more effective. And it is imperative that you do this type of consistency to all of your collateral. From your letterhead and envelope to the flyers and postcards that you have people doing distribution on. It’s also very important for you to come up with some type of customer reward system. Companies generally used a 30 mill plastic card, which gives a look of a credit card with some type of freak and shopper frequent flyer miles program. I know that www.preferredprint.com has some very good programs that they are running right now. I also liked the idea of using rack cards in a classic Lucite holder and having people do grass roots marketing campaign.

I like decree my business card in such a way that not only doesn’t have my contact information on it but it also has some type of strong call to action which would have someone asked to contact me after her meeting that we already had have. Obviously, this requires some thought as well as some creativity, which is why it’s always important to have a good graphic designer that you’re dealing with. This is also a good idea to incorporate into all of your brochure pieces while. As well as your full color catalogs.

This is going to be the wave of the new future. When you think about it. The volume of paper that commercial printers are taking down on any given day is estimated to take up miles of forest. This is why it’s so imperative for this industry in particular to go green. The more that the consumer request this or as a matter of fact demands it is what they need to spec out there jobs to sooner this will become a reality. I believe that they innovative, full color commercial printer will get in front of this going green which will give them a competitive edge in today’s ever-changing printing industry. I know that www.preferredprint.com uses a mix between new and recycled paper. The paper that they are expecting all the jobs of the beast 80% of recycle compost within their paper. So whether you’re printing a one, two, or three color job. Whether it’s a pocket folder, catalog, flyer printing, or a poster print job. It needs to be on the least at the Ben minimum 80% compost recycle Paper. and actually really looks good as well if you do a business card on 100% recycled paper gives is this really nice rustic look, which is a very different than what you see today on your average full color business card print job. I believe his wallet this really creates a big marketing advantage when you can play this up that your company is getting behind all of the newest green technology. It also looks really good on letterhead and envelope as well.
