Are very few industries have been it is hard and had the potential grows much as a commercial full color printing industry. As you have seen so many times over the last 10 years companies and been able to come out and position themselves to Thursday for marketing techniques such as paper click advertising, as well as search engine optimization and affiliate programs. By using these various different marketing techniques there been a slew of different companies that have been able to take over just about entire marketing shares. The good thing about the Internet is that you can be seen throughout the whole entire world provider your website is correctly optimize for search engine optimization and then as well as a well thought out pay per click marketing campaign. This particular proposition deftly has good news bad news properties within it. And here’s the good news within a click of a button millions of people are actually able to find your website to the very stiff and search engines. But that is also the bad news. Because everybody has been able to come across your to the Internet. Most times things that make you different from your competitors is to be able to give the client more product for less money. So let’s take a look at this for a second if my competitors offering 5000 full color business cards for $150. than I can turn around and offer a 5000 full color business cards for $125. And then another big commercial printing company sees that company a is or from $150 for full color business cards and company be is offering $125 for full color business cards. Then they come out more for 5000 full color business cards for $99 and then kick in free shipping as an added perk to the client. So doesn’t take long to figure out that as a result of the Internet. Many many businesses have become commoditized. So for a company to have longevity as well as profitability is imperative for a commercial printer to distinguish itself from his competitors. I think this is why so many companies have chosen to go niche rather than mainstream. The more niche to product, the more it’s in demand. So as far as I see it. That’s the real question that needs to be answered is how far can you sway away from what your competitors are doing. And then at that point just about exploiting those products and services, out into the world. This information has no boundaries in any products, and she reported in to every and any product that relates to, marketing promotion full color printing, catalog printing, direct mail services, presentation folders, full color flyers, Brochure Printing, Color catalogs.

When was the last time you update your full-color brochure. Most companies don’t think about this on a regular basis, but the truth is, it is very important to keep your company look and design up to date. I guess that’s why so important that hire and work with a quality graphic design company. Your corporate identity is similar to wallpaper, what wallpaper was: updated back in 2002 would not be considered to be: updated in 2008. That’s why it’s so important to stay ahead of the curve. You should also keep in mind obviously that when updating this information is also needs to be liquefied throughout all of your different marketing collateral. Such is full color business, cards full color pocket, folder’s full-color posters, full-color rack cards. I can’t tell you how many times did I see people come into her office is looking to redesign. One part of their corporate identity, and there is drastic inconsistency with their business cards to their postcards, right down the line to all the promotional collateral. Some clients Alexy come in with two different business cards completely different designs on completely different stocks. That’s why try to pound into the consciousness of every promotional director and marketing director that it’s imperative to have consistency in a corporation. One of our slogans in the printing company is, prices is important, but you your image is everything.

This is a very good way to get some free marketing and promotion out there for your company. As well as a practice that I’ve been doing probably for last 8 years in my own full color printing and graphics company.
If you print it tag it!!!!
One of the things that we do on virtually every single printed material that leaves are factory we tag. What this means is we put a small tag on the bottom of all of our printed pieces that say where it came from our website address, as well as our 800 number. It’s very similar to when something is made in China or its main Japan. Product is stamped with it meaning its place of origin, where is made.
This is the way, there are tag looks –
Need Printing??? www.preferredprint.com 1-800-329-0005
this tag generally appears on every single printed product that we produce from our full-color pocket folders, full color postcards, full-color brochures as well as our 1 and 2 color ncr forms.
One of the things I do on a regular basis is walk around my office and speak to my graphic design is an estimate they’ve tagged their designs. My slogan is, if you’re working on and you’re designing you should put design imprinted with an 800 number and where they can contact you if they would like to purchase your product.
That’s why resist my people and answer the phone the police find out whether people came from the bases on how advertisements. Did they find us on the Internet when they were searching for a full color printing. Or did the person pick up a postcard that they received in the mail from a direct marketing campaign. Or did they pick up a flyer that they got on their car from a full-color flyer from a nightclub. You’d be surprised how many people call us after picking up one of our customers flyers and then contact us to actually get their next full-color printing job.
This is one of the ways that we keep her advertising course down we can pass that savings to the consumer.

Here’s one of the things I’ve been thinking about most recently. Very often we think about selling a product we think of it from the standpoint of what it is that we would like to get accomplished in the world. In our particular case, obviously we want to sell as much printing as we possibly can as well as service our existing client base. The problem is that only think about it from the standpoint would inevitably ends up happening is, we find the customer being resistance. In my organization, I had a sales meeting this week. I have been listening to the book made to stick on audio tape in my car. There was an article about a newspaper in a small town that a subscription base of 110%. When asked the editor replied the reason that he was so successful is because they were great at doing local news and putting local people newspaper which had their readership. Always focused in on the papers much as possible see if they were being mentioned in today’s newspaper. In my particular case, as I said before, I want to sell as many full color letterhead and envelopes as I possibly can. I want to sell as many $99 full color business cards as I possibly can. I want to be the leader in full-color pocket folders throughout the whole entire nation. I want people in the printing industry throughout the whole entire world to notice my business and its ability to grow in an ever-changing marketplace. I want all customers in people when thinking of a full color printing comp and he thinking of our company. So now that I got that one across the point is that these are the things that I want and not necessarily what the client wants. I sat down myself staff, on Tuesday this week, I told them to start going local. What I mean by this is to actually find out what’s going on in some of the communities where we have our customers or potential customers. A great way doing this is one of the things you can do is just get an RSS news feed through the Internet for the specific state or city that you’re looking to do some potential business in. That’s what I mean by getting into other people’s world. I told myself people that you need to be able to call up a person and be able to make a comment about something is going on in their local newspaper. Maybe a new governor was elected or new politician of some sort may lose some kind of big bicycle race. Or maybe it’s just something as simple as their team won the Super Bowl or the World Series. My point is I think you’ll find at the level of cool: that’s for sure that people will be very interested in talking to if you can bring down that first screen of resistance. So there you have it, think less of what it is that you want to do and more about what the customer might be interested in, and I think he’ll sell times more product. This goes for cold calling, direct-mailing, the full-color catalog that you’re about to produce. All I can tell you is that for full-color printing business on loan to bring this whole concept into all of my full-color printing and graphics products

This is something that applies to virtually every and all full color printing products. One of things that I’ve noticed since full color printing has become so popular, the overuse of colors. What I mean by this is quite simply, it looks like somebody from the coal over peace has become so busy chanting and decipher what it is that they’re trying to sell versus what the actual copy is itself. Quite simply said is they create too much information with too much busyness in the background, which dilutes the actual message of what it is that you’re trying to accomplish. Sometimes I asked a simple question, what is the purpose of marketing? You would think the answer would be obviously to create sales. It seems to me that sometimes the products is so busy that you came and decipher what the call to action on the page is.
Plastic Cards, Pocket Folders,Poster Printing,Rack Card Printing,Vinyl Banner Printing,Catalog Printing,Catalog Printing, Color Printing Services,Direct marketing,Flyer Printing,Direct marketing
in the paragraph above is a list of various different full color printing projects that you may see a company order at any given time. I personally feel that the use of light and the background is obviously a very good thing. It cuts down on the busyness of the project and/or the message. I feel deeply nice image with a decent space of why is well. And then the message of whatever you call to action is very effective way to get point. Your point across. That’s why really believe that less is more. A nice image that has the person be drawn into the marketing piece and then exceptional hook that has them ponder and think like me and this is something I could use, or I got a have this.
As time goes on my hope to give you some difference designs that I think are good, versus ones I think are bad. Also affected and calls to action versus nonaffected calls to action. Essentially what I’m drawn to say’s marketing pieces and actually get a return on your investment.

First off, I want to apologize if there are some typos in some of the stuff in which I’ve been speaking about. I have to admit, I’m not very good at typing. I have been using a program which some of you may have heard of, which is called natural speaking dragon. The way this program works ejections speaking to a headset and it.’s supposed to take whatever you speak about and turn them into text. So there are definitely times at there have been some typos probably does the program has not understood what I’ve been speaking about not to mention the fact that I have not really done virtually any proof reading to find out if the program has made some mistakes. I do however want you to know that the things I do speak about I do every with extensive knowledge about them. So I apologize. And thank you for your forgiveness if you have been coming across some typos. In the meantime, feel free to leave any type of questions and/or comments about what it is that I’m writing about, for I will read them. That being said. Thank you very much for tuning in, and I will be posting some more information shortly.

This is actually quite an easy question to answer. I believe that there was a time obviously that one in two color printing were very very affordable, which made them cost-effective. Some years ago, if you want to purchase anything like full color printing for your pocket folders, letterhead and envelopes, catalogue, brochures, for any your direct marketing campaigns. Your price should be through the roof.
I’ll give you some ideas with full-color printing can be purchased for nowadays. 5000 full color brochures can be purchased for as low as $649. This price includes printing on 100 pound text, and it also includes the bindery.
You can purchase 5000 full color business cards full color printing on both sides on 12 point cover with a UV laminate for $99. That price is five years ago would’ve been insane. Now you can purchase a two color cards for that quantity that cheap nowadays.
You can also purchase 5000 full color two sided postcards, printing out on 12 point cover with a UV laminate for only $199. This is made and direct mailing a much more cost effective solution for most companies nowadays.
You can also now by 11 x 17 full color one sided digital posters for as low as a $1.25 per unit. It’s funny when you think about it to us three or four or five years ago these machines didn’t exist.
You can also purchase full color pocket folders - meson 9 x 12 and size. The price includes die cutting and gluing of the pocket folder, and it’s also includes the business card slit seemed to your business card in your pocket folder. For 1000 of these it is now only $1150.
You can also do NCR forms now on full color digital presses. I don’t know the exact price, but these within pennies per unit. It’s actually amazing what they can do on a small full-color digital presses now.
One of the problems are having with a graphic designers, is that the technology is so far advanced that almost everything is in full color process. Now it’s actually more work for the graphic design is to do two color work to this than the design of full-color process. It’s actually hard to believe that you could spend more money designing a two color flyer than you would for full color Flyer.
The bottom line is that everything is heading towards the full color printing services. Some websites are actually optimize at the level of two color printing. But when you call when they actually throw you into a full color printing product.
I would not be surprised in some years to come. If you could buy postcards that were actually digital screens that can actually communicate with you, but the size of a piece of paper.

There is a few products that you’re going to need to purchase to create a good customer loyalty program. But before you can create you need to know what is that you’re looking to accomplish through the program. There is a scenario in which you can figure out what it cost you in natural dollars to find secure and maintain a customer. Basically the look over the difference marketing techniques that your employer right now. Take that dollar amount multiplied times 12. And find out how much that is in hard cost. Then find out how many new customers you’re getting per week per month per year. When you get to custom out you’ll divide that into the actual hard-core see them walking dollars, which will give you how much your pain per acquisition and/or client.
Let’s say for argument’s sake that you can afford to give our client a 10% off card. In my opinion is that you want to use a 30 mm, PVC card. When I will usually do is actually print up somewhere in area of a thousand cards. I will also sequentially numbered these cards starting out of 3001 and ending ending the number at 5001. I will also put a little signature panel on the back of the card. It is also good to put some type of a disclaimer on the back of a car that suggests that at anytime you can pull away the right to use this preferred customer card.
The next thing you do is want to make up an 8 1/2 11 full color brochure that will actually promote the preferred customer card. This should explain a your customer appreciation card works. I keep going back between customer appreciation for for customer but it you get the idea. And I would say on the brochure you would too say how the preferred customer card is the property of your company and you have the right to change these specials at any given time.
Last but not least I would suggest that you create a full-color 9 x 12 Pocket folder. This is also have the elements of the special that you’re about to start running. You definitely create some type of the marketing mix and/or branding throughout the whole campaign. I believe that this piece should be mailed out to people that I’ve ordered from you, said he wanted to times in the last 30 days. You should also correct a good business letter describing the special. This should be personalized to the person also be hand signed by the salesperson mailing out the package.
The beauty about this is you can actually hand Taylor it with your graphic designer. Obviously the new graphic design, he should probably call us and we’ll be happy to refer you to one and/or try help you ourselves. Telephone number (954)739-9788

There are many different things that are important at the level of branding. Obviously one of the most important things is your logo. Most of the business that I have owned over the years I made sure that I have sort the most talented graphic design is that I could find. I think a lot of people missed the boat when they’re actually looking to create more can a material. Most times it seems they are more concerned about getting a good price at the level of graphic design than they are to level of printing. This is to me a very big mistake. The reason I say, that is because the integrity of the graphic design is what’s going to make or break the whole entire piece. For the most part, printing is printing it viewable four-color press from 1989. That’s in good working condition, or you have a brand-new press from 2007. Essentially these do the same exact thing. So what is the major difference between the comp and a that has a Fortune 500 look and a company that does not. I’ll probably in my opinion, the big difference between the two of them is that one of them has a talented graphic design department and/or graphic designer, one does not. So as you may have guessed, I am big on graphic design, and the quality of it. That being said, I think some of the most informative rules after you get the graphic design out of the way. And you find yourself a talented graphic designer. Are these as they appear in order. A high-end quality logo that can be translated from two color to four-color to one color. It is in for when you’re getting your logo done that you get a design in a vector file. The reason your logo and a vector file is because it can be made as big as you need or as small as you need it. And the best part of having it done a vector you do not distort your logo regardless if you go big or small. The logo stays high quality. The next thing that you’re going to need is some good printed material. I think a first-order priority is a high quality heavy card stock full color front and back the UV coated business card. There are many good companies that you can go to that provide high quality full color business cards. The next thing I was suggest purchasing us some nice high quality two color and NCR forms. Most people don’t know what NCR stands for. NCR stands for, no carbon required. Obviously NCR forms are very important because if you’re looking to take an order from a client in give them a copy keep a copy for yourself and possibly a copy to the salesperson obviously it is imperative for you to have an NCR form. The next thing that I would tell you to buy are letterhead and envelopes. This is importent for meany reasons. One reasone it you have to send out estmants in something. The other reason is beacause you need to contact other cilenits and prospects. The other thing that is importent is you must have a pocket folder. this importent because you need to have a vehichile for a leave behine.

What is it mean when someone refers to printing as is it one color two color three color or as a four color process printing? When someone asks you if it’s one color printing, what they mean by this is how many actual colors are on the sheet, and/or on the printed piece? Generally one and two and three color printing is usually done if there is a specific PMS color that the company calls for. What this means is that the only way to actually hit these colors in one’s logo and/or corporate identity scheme. This is why most people would end up using either 1 2 or 3 color printing. User go away reason that most people to color printing presses was because the four color printing presses was so much money and the technologies was so new that most people just couldn’t afford to purchase printing that was on full color printing, but now, ironically enough. It’s actually more cost-effective to do fall color work. It is to do anything on the two color presses. Another preferredprint.com offers 5000 full color business cards on 12 point cover for the very low price of $99. He is what you got to get, 10 years ago 5000 full color business cards that you’d be laminin on would of course you somewhere in the upwards of $1500. Obviously based on numbers like that a company could go broke try to get business cards for their employees. I know that preferredprint.com also offers 5000 full color postcards printed on a 40 inch Heidelberg with in-line UV lamination on 12 point cover for only $199. If you would try to purchase that may be only five or six years ago. You could a page somewhere in upwards of $2000. And now it’s only $199, unsure used on the get my drift. That’s not the only way that the technology is change this marketplace and drastically. There are now short run high quality digital presses that can basically do everything and anything a large press can do, but as a small quantity. Some companies don’t need 5000 full-color pocket folders. Maybe they only need 1000 full-color pocket folders. This is where the short run digital presses come in. Play another thing that technology is done because of all of these new websites, accompanied by all these new very very powerful search engines such as Google, Yahoo, MSN, ask, AOL, etc.. What this is done as this is really leveled the playing field for almost every and all businesses across the country. There was a time that there really was only one way to find a company which was through the Yellow Pages and or word-of-mouth. Now it’s like every single individual on the planet that has a computer hookup to the Internet can search for any particular product at the looking for, and if they want a more targeted search. Then they can just add more keywords of the actual search like as if you were trying to find a two color printer in Boise Idaho. Cheap postcards in Fort Lauderdale Florida. With this is done to a large extent as the commoditized industry. Ultimately, the person who wins in a situation like this is either the consumer and/or the business owner if he’s savvy enough. Ultimately, what I think you’ll find is used to calm that you’ll either find massive massive companies taking over the marketplace. It’s not far different than what you seen happen with calm mazelike Home Depot taking out a little hardware stores. Wal-Mart taking out small businesses and towns all home tie accounts for that matter. I remember watching something some years ago about Wal-Mart coming into a town that was a madman or maybe 10,000 people. They put one of these mega-Wal-Marts. Right in the middle of the town. It literally put the whole entire town out of business, and then as a result of poor due diligence on Wal-Marts part. Wal-Mart found out that there was enough money in that town and closed its doors and in the whole entire city was just a ghost town. These are obviously things that we need to think of as consumers is always worth it to have the very cheapest product or is it better to deal with someone who will give you a superior product at a fair price? I have personally lean towards getting a good product at a fair price. You know it’s funny, I tell clients that come to me on the regular basis and tell me that they’re looking for the best possible price, I tell them if they’re all about the price and the price is all it there about then where not the company for you. What I mean by this is just this. Local incomes you based on price and price alone. They’ll never be your client for any long period of time. You may say, how do you know this? Well I’m glad that you asked that question. You see if a person is only coming to you about price and price alone than that same person will inevitably end up leaving you. How do I know this because this someone always out there inevitably willing to sell something to someone else for less money. I find that I know what my course or, and inevitably sometimes other companies don’t I know for a fact that there are jobs that I passed on personally that other companies took on, and inevitably lost money on those jobs. I’ll tell you this, a very wise man told me once. Sometimes the best deals you do are the ones that you don’t. What does this mean to me. Sometimes she’s got a pass on certain jobs, because if you take them on and try to print them. Your inevitably will lose money. I tell people it’s on my can’t be everything to everyone, we have a wonderful business in a wonderful way to get his wonderful service for wonderful pay$$$$. Or we just don’t do the work, and we pass.
