Full-color rack cards and the most effective way to use them

Saturday, October 6th, 2007

I find the most effective way to use full-color rack cards is to go out and buy a couple hundred of these clear Lucite brochure holder. And what I’ve done in the past as I go around to all my different local stores.  Whether their restaurants, hair salons, tanning salons, fitness gyms, music stores, Day spa’s, shopping malls, etc. Then what I normally do is ask the store manager and/or the employee if I could leave this little brochure holder on the front counter. I find usually that works best is some type of incentive for the store owners and/or managers, and it’s possible some type instant gratification gift to give them right then and there and then. Solid debut for and since let’s say that I’m promoting my printing company. Well, I will tell the store owner and/or manager, listen, if you’ll allow me to leave my brochures and all my rack cards on your front counter that I will give you a free set of business cards for your business. Not only catch this is that the business cards are free, but the graphic design for the business cards will not be free. All this means is a they ability to either do the graphic design themselves and are given a free center cards, or I’ll design a set of business cards in which case are probably charge of between $85 and $95 to design a business card. This immediately has a storeowner being interested to let me leave my brochures and/or rack cards on their counter. This is a very simple promotion for your business that will actually have, you be able to sell your different products for literally pennies on the dollar. Now it’s very important so you know who’s doing what do you actually track your cells from doing this promotion. This two ways that you can track your sales.  One is degraded cool box on the actual flyer and make it work a certain amount of money like 10% will offer save $50 of save $100 when you show this flyer and/or brochure or to one of our customer service people. The other thing that does is it allows you to get some incentive to the people that are actually leaving the brochures and/or rack cards on their counter top. A lot of times what people do is if they get a cell from a particular store than the pic to store back may be 10% or $50 may be a small free gift card of some sort. Delaware, you can track your cells is to put a promotional code with inside the rack card or brochure. You would say something like save $50 on your next order when you mention promo code 11735. This is a very inexpensive way to pull extra business into your company. I would say that this whole promotion should quash you know more than $650 to $750. Not only that the other thing is to remember, if you get 5000 full-color rack cards that printing should probably lash you some one area of three to four months minimum. That means it would course your little more than $200 a month to actually do this promotion

Full-color posters & full-color rack cards

Full-color posters and full-color rack cards are very good promotional compilation. What I mean by this is they work very well with each other. What say you order 5000 full-color rack cards, and you had a graphic designer put together an amazing design for your company. Then you took that same design and also turn into an 24 x 36 inch movie poster. All right, now picture this, you get 1000 of these 24 x 36 inch movie posters printed. And then you print up 20,000 full color Rack cards printed. Let’s just say for argument’s sake that you were putting together a college party. And are you rented out a big night club that has the potential put 4000 people are. Let’s just say that this fictitious nightclub is in the vicinity of four major colleges, and each one of these colleges has somewhere upwards of 20,000 students. If my mathematics are correct, that would put you in the vicinity of 80,000 college students that you could invite to this college party that you are about to put on. So if this becomes your plan of attack. Let’s say for a mistake to these colleges were all behind you and their interest in having you through these parties for these college kids.  And you meet up with the local student governments, and they give you the stamp of approval. Okay.  Here’s what you are going to do. You take those 1000 full-color movie posters, those very vague 24 x 36 inch full-color movie posters, and you’re going to go to each one of these major universities and you to take these post is in you to put them on older breezeway’s old the walkways everywhere and anywhere that all on the majority of traffic travels throughout the university. A maniac picture this, you don’t these colleges and everywhere you look in everywhere you turn is as 24 x 36 inch full-color movie poster.  And it’s got this amazing design, and this exciting image of maybe an attractive girl and/or are on our guy and a girl dancing whenever. Whenever we look this poster is all over the place.  I would imagine that that would by itself would create a pretty big buzz for whatever it is that you are looking to create.  Maybe it mentions free missions were certain time maybe mentions some type of a drink special of some sort. Now you have 20,000 full-color rack cards ready to be distributed. Now the next plan of action is to go to these major universities through what they have bound the something call, common hour, or club hour. Now when these particular events are going on at the universities and everybody’s out and often out of classes and walking around campus.  That’s what neither does she reduce full-color rack cards that you had printed up. Now you tell me which can happen.  You create a fly that talks about a grand opening happening three weeks in the point that you actually posted these 24 x 36 inch movie posters all over campus.  You’ve done hand-to-hand distribution of 20,000 full-color rack cards all over these four different universities.  Well I ask you what do you think is going to be the end result? I’ll tell you what I think the result is going to be its come and be 2500 to 4000 college kids waiting to have a great time. So let’s do the math on this. Let’s go a conservative numbers, let’s say that you do 2000 people at this event that you’re planning.  And let’s say that out of those 2000 people you let 200 people in for free. Nine of 1800 college kids payment and admission price, I can tell you from past experience that when I did these events.  I charge on average $10 per head for every single person walking through the door. I had to play on no mathematician, but if I’m not mistaken for what you paid for the full-color 24 x 36 inch movie posters.  And as 20,000 full-color Rack Cards – I’m a maybe that total course on that particular piece that project were graphic design and printing and everything may be course you somewhere in the area of $2500. And at the end of the night you end up making $18,000 minus the $2500.  A course you to actually put on the production sounds like a pretty good score to me.
